The distinctive feature of the restaurant is the verticle design of the building. Each floor of the tri-level building which houses this Spark is unique. The 1st floor, the garden bistro level is a classic but contemporary bistro style layout with an L-shaped bar, travertine floors and circular booths. The is a small patio area for enclosed outside dining. The 2nd floor, the primier dining room has 20ft vaulted ceilings,pecan floors and booths with open tables. It is the most dramatic room for dining and special events. The 3rd floor, the Blu Lounge, is the most intimate dining room and it features lounge style seating and has a mezzanine view of the orange room below.<br/>

		<description><![CDATA[<p><font size="2"><font face="Verdana">Spark Woodfire Grill was opened in Studio City, California in May 1999 by Partners Bill Chait, Danilo Terribili and Jeff Sladicka. The restaurantdesigned by Osvaldo Maiozzi, a noted restaurant designer, was an immediate success drawing guests from all over the valley and westside areas.Located in a two story boutique style building, the original dining room sat 50 guests and had a small patio area located in front of the restaurant. In 2001, the Studio City location expanded by adding an upstairs private wine room that houses an expanding wine inventory ( approximately 3000 bottles)to compliment the Spark Menu.</font> </font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana" size="2">In 2002, Spark opened in Huntington Beach in a 2nd floor location with a large terrace and an open fire pitwith a panoramic view ofthe Pacific ocean and the Huntington Beach Pier. This location, open only for dinner,seats 180 guests inside and outside on the heated terrace that is available for year round dining. Chef/Partner Tom Shields and his wife Kathleen oversee thisSpark. Spark in Huntington Beach has a more expansive seafood section on the menu and also features a 1600 degree steak broiler made famous by other well known steakhouses( which we wont mention). In addition to an extensivewine list, this Sparkhas becomeknown for its Martini list of over 50 different specialty Martinis.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana" size="2">In 2004, Spark Woodfire Grill openedin Beverly Hills adj in a location that previously housed anitalian restaurant called Orlando Orsini. Since this building was purchased by Spark and its partners, there was an opportunity to do something very special with the remodel and transformation of this location. After a year of design and construction, Spark opened aunique tri-level restaurant with threedistinctive environments fordining and private parties (see private events section for description). How to use your card and rewards!</strong></h4>
<ul>
    <li>The most important aspect of our Spark Dining Club is card registration and activation. Prior to registrations, any card can be used to accrue benefits when you dine by giving it to your server. However, you must register your card online to redeem your rewards. Registration is simple and easy and it will allow you to redeem rewards instantly on your card if you opt for stored value. <strong><u>The initial offer of $ 20.00 of free stored value will only appear in your account after you have spent $ 75.00 on food and beverage at Spark, prior to tax.</u></strong> You must present your card to our server to accrue your points on your card. Of course you can also redeem for other rewards which will be mailed to you including Gift Cards. </li>
    <li>When we issue you a card at the restaurant you will be asked to show an ID or give us your business card. Your card number will be associated with that name and email. All Spark Dining Club cards must be registered with the name and address of the person who was issued the card to allow you to redeem the initial promotional reward. </li>
    <li>Points are accumulated at the rate of one point per dollar except when there are multiple point rewards days. You will be notified by email and on the web-site when there are such days or times. </li>
    <li>Stored value allows you to use credits accumulated on your card automatically when you present a card with stored value on it to your server. Your check must be greater than the amount of the stored value you wish to use. There is no cash back and the card cannot be used to pay gratuities or tax. </li>
    <li>Points are credited on your card when you present your Dining Club card to your server at the restaurant. They can print an inquiry after your points are added if you want to confirm the adding of the points otherwise you can do an inquiry though our website. </li>
    <li>Rewards are redeemed by logging in as a returning user. </li>
    <li>Go to the rewards section of the site to redeem awards. </li>
    <li>Only one card may be presented on any given check for points accrual. We cannot divide points accumulation with split checks. </li>
    <li>Only the Member paying the bill, or a person in their immediate family, may accumulate the points. Cards are not transferable and the last name of the person on the card must be the same as that person paying the bill. </li>
    <li>Members can only get points for purchases made after receipt of the card and presentation to the server. </li>
    <li>Points may only be accumulated for cards that have an active email that is not spam blocked. Business entities may not accumulate points, only individuals. </li>
    <li>Take out orders may accumulate points if your card is issued by a delivery manager and pre-registered. </li>
    <li>Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used for gratuities. Points are non-transferable and cannot be divided between accounts. Unused points expire after 24 months from the date of the last transaction. </li>
    <li>The nature of the restaurant industry requires Spark to adapt and modify the program from time to time and some changes may affect the redemption of points and the value of rewards already accumulated but not redeemed. The right to certain rewards will not be maintained after such a change. We will notify all members of such changes on the website at Sparkwoodfiregrill.com under "Rewards" and on the Dining Club page as well. This is the authoritative statement of the rules as they are in effect at any time. We will also endeavor to email any changes to members. </li>
    <li>Only one card can be issued to any person. </li>
    <li>Members must be 18 years of age or older to redeem points. </li>
    <li>Spark May cancel the program at any time. </li>
    <li>Accumulated points are not the Members property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited, or modified at any time even if such action affects the member's right to use such previously accumulated points. </li>
    <li>Any promotional offers including the initial offer of $ 20.00 for a purchase of $75.00, or Birthday Club offers expire after 6 months of inactivity. </li>
    <li>Spark reserves the right to audit any account at any time and may terminate any account if fraud is suspected. </li>
