Each of Spark's three floors are available for private events and each floor features a distinct style. The first floor Garden Bistro offers a contemporary bistro-style layout complete with private bar and outdoor patio dining. The most dramatic space, the 20-ft vaulted ceiling Premier Dining Hall, also boasts pecan wood floors and accommodates up to 115 formally-seated guests or, alternatively, cocktail-style parties for up to 160 guests. By far the most intimate venue of Spark is the Blu Lounge, positioned on the third level and mirroring the style of a chic martini lounge enclosed in glass. Each floor of the Beverly Hills Spark offers a private entrance and sound system.
Spark's highly-rated cuisine and catering specializes in the wood-fired grilling and roasting of the freshest �Prime� and �choice� graded meats and seafood available. The menu includes Certified Angus beef steaks, Kobe beef burgers, chops and slow roasted ribs to name a few.
