Private Dining Spaces���

Spark Woodfire Grill is the ideal venue for any special occasion.� We offer two distinctive private dining floors, each with its own bar, for special events.� The entire restaurant is also available for large events requiring complete exclusivity; Weddings, Holiday Events, Premiere and Wrap Parties, Bar(t) Mitzvahs, Pharmaceutical Presentations, Corporate Occasions and larger Special Events.��

Chef De Cuisine Fredy Escobar, Catering Director/Partner Elizabeth Chait, and General Manager Oliver Goldsmith will provide you with menu and event planning ideas beyond your expectations. From the list below, please select the most appropriate dining space for your event.���

Premier ( Orange ) Dining Room (2^nd floor)���

This room is ideal for 60 to 130 formally seated guests and 160 for cocktail receptions. The Premier Dining room features a private entrance, 20' vaulted ceilings, a large bar and dining room with booths and banquet style tables. The minimum room charge�for�the exclusive use of the Premier Dining Room is $3,500. All sales of food and beverage are applicable towards this minimum guarantee. There is also easy access for anyone requiring additional assistance to the Center level through the back entrance.��
Blu Lounge (3^rd floor)�
This space is perfect for 10 to 33 guests formally seated or 40 to 60 guests for a cocktail and hors d�oeuvres reception. Reminiscent of a glassed in VIP Martini lounge complete with its own bar, lounge and dining area, the Blu lounge is warm, completely private and has a view of the Premier Dining room. This space is regularly booked for pharmaceutical events, small dinner parties, casual rehearsal dinners and birthday celebrations. There is a minimum charge of $1000�for�the exclusive use of this private room. All sales of food and beverage are applicable towards this minimum guarantee.�
Combined Premier Dining Room/ Blu Lounge (2^nd & 3^rd floors)�
Perfect for events of 100 to 200 guests, Spark�s Premier Dining room/Blu Lounge�comprise the second and third floors of the restaurant. The two levels feature a private entrance, 20' vaulted ceilings, two bars, a lounge and a large dining room. There is a minimum charge of $5,000�for�the exclusive use of these private rooms. All sales of food and beverage are applicable towards this minimum guarantee.

Restaurant Buyout�
Spark Woodfire Grill can accommodate events as large as 300 guests for dining, dancing and lounging. The unique vertical venue allows for guests to circulate through a dance floor on the first level, sumptuous dinner buffets on the second level and an intimate dessert and �after dinner drink� lounge on the third level. Each level offers its own free standing bar and sound system. We can provide entertainment, audio visual services and floral design to make your event a memorable one.��
