Spark Woodfire Grill specializes in the woodfire grilling and roasting of� USDA �Prime� and CAB ("Certified Angus Beef"�) hand-cut steaks, chops, fresh seafood, all natural chicken, thin crust pizzas and slowly roasted baby back ribs using only the freshest produce, meats and seafood available. We offer a menu comprised of contemporary American cuisine and rustic Italian dishes prepared on either a mesquite fired grill, slowly roasted in a Sicilian oak fired rotisserie, or baked in a 1200 degree�open hearth wood-fired oven creating delicious and savory flavors in the meat, poultry and seafood dishes.

Critically acclaimed and Zagat rated, Spark is�an upscale casual�neighborhood restaurant in a chic, tri-level Italian Brownstone with a variety of beautiful spaces for private entertaining.
